What helps to have before we start: a sense of your brand's feeling, a rough idea of the services or products you offer, and ideally a few images of your work. Everything else — the copy, the structure, the visual direction — we work through together as part of the process. The only thing that slows a project down is waiting until everything is "perfect" before reaching out. It never is. And the sooner we start, the sooner your business looks the way it deserves to.

Not from scratch. Every package includes a content brief — a page-by-page guide that tells you exactly what to write, section by section. You write in your own words and I'll polish it for clarity using AI-assisted editing. Your voice stays yours. For Signature clients, I also build a full messaging framework from the strategy session, so the brief goes even deeper.
